Healthy Relationships

Communication.  Any relationship is only as good as your line of communication and understanding.

Be a strong independent individual.  Be your own person, make your own successes and others will be drawn to you!

Don’t settle for “just ok”.  If it sucks, move on— “just ok” is not good enough.

Be a positive influence. Leading a healthy life is contagious, unfortunately laziness is as well.

Be the type of person you aspire to be.  Don’t waste time with toxic people; you are who you hang out with (or date).

Appreciate and be appreciated.

Self improvement. Keep improving yourself and your life, read, learn, achieve, do!

Be a good team member. You’ll get what out whatever you put in.

Love yourself first.  Confidence is so sexy!
