They&#039;re not all for men but they always help with the mental side of things (and to understand what to communicate with my significant other!). Articles like this give me ammunition to give her to help her help herself. I know when I talk about fitness and proper nutrition it just goes in one ear and out the other... Thank you!

I do have a question for you... Ever since I&#039;ve started following you and really caring about my well being (and trying to get in the best shape of my life) I&#039;ve constantly thought of starting YOGA to help with flexibility (I can&#039;t even touch my toes!) and recovery. I have yet to act on these impulses and still do very little stretching, so what is your advice for a beginner male trying to break into the YOGA scene? Should I take a class? Should I start at home? What do you think?]]></description>

However it&#039;s so so so important to enjoy how you are living--everything in moderation. If you hate what you are doing or feel like you are giving stuff up, you will be always bouncing back and force between where you want to be and the indulgences of life (yo-yo-ing).  Give up the &quot;ups and downs&quot;  ... Just enjoy your life, focus on your &quot;health&quot; and how you feel, rather than a &quot;look&quot; and things will become mindless. Don&#039;t beat yourself up!! Start wherever you are and stay there... and make sure you just keep checkin in with you :)
