Sweet Potato &Chick Pea Spiced Curried Soup

When it’s cold outside, try this delicious hearty healthy soup, it’ll make you feel all warm and cozy inside!!
Directions:
In the pot: 
2 cubes veggie bouillon
1 bay leaf
few dashes of turmeric, yellow curry
dash cinnamon, nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
4 cups water (depending on how watery or thick you like your soup)
In the food processor: 
1 sweet potato
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2 stalks celery
1 can chick peas
4 cloves garlic
Pour everything into the pot when desired consistency is reached (I kept the mixture on the chunky side).
Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.  Enjoy!
I took this picture before the soup had simmered long, it will thicken as it simmers, it reduces.

Cleansing Soup ++

This soup is very similar to the one I posted the other day, just with a little bit of a different flair.  The cabbage is chalk full of fiber and is sure to keep you full! I’m eating it while I cleanse, you can eat it to warm you up or simply just enjoy!
In the Pot:
2 cubes veggie low sodium bouillon
1 tbsp Miso
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp paprika
1 bay leaf
sea salt and pepper to taste
3 cups water
 In the vitamix or food processor:
½ onion
1 head garlic (peeled)
2 zucchinis
1 bunch kale
¾ cabbage
3 stalks celery½ tomato

Stir every thing into medium-large sized pot and simmer for 10 minutes and serve.  Pour the remainder into glass air tight container to store for later.

Green ++ soup

I just made the yummiest greens soup in less than 10 minutes with basically everything in my vegetable drawer in the fridge tossed in the blender/food processor and then in a large pot on medium/low.
Veggies:
1 bunch kale
2 zucchinis
5 stalks celery
4 carrots
1/2 tomato
2 cloves garlic
1 hot pepper
Spices:
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tablets or 2 cups vegetable stalk (if you use tablets add 2 cups filtered water to the mix).
1) Chop the onion and sauté over medium heat In a small pan (spray pan with cooking spray oil).
2) Wash and throw everything else in the blender.
3) Over medium heat add the onion and veggie stalk, pour all the puréed vegetables in the pot.
4) Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes
5) Enjoy a cup or 2 and feel better fast with this hearty mixture (at under 80 calories/cup yum)!
