2 cubes veggie bouillon
1 bay leaf
few dashes of turmeric, yellow curry
dash cinnamon, nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
In the food processor:
1 sweet potato
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2 stalks celery
1 can chick peas
4 cloves garlic
Pour everything into the pot when desired consistency is reached (I kept the mixture on the chunky side).
Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
I took this picture before the soup had simmered long, it will thicken as it simmers, it reduces.
