<p><strong>Wet mix:</strong> 3 eggs whites, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 1/4 orange juice, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1 full dropper of liquid vanilla Stevia, 1 tsp vanilla.</p>
<p><strong>Dry mix:</strong> 1 cup almond flour with 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal 1 cup or oatmeal, 4 scoops whey protein powder, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking powder, dash sea salt.</p>
<p><strong>Optional (highly recommended):</strong>  1/4 dried fruit (I used cranberries), 1/4 cup silvered almonds and 1/4 cup <a title="Healthy Chocolate Chips " href="http://www.enjoylifefoods.com" target="_blank">chocolate chips</a>.</p>
<h2>Directions:</h2>
<ol>
<li>Pre-heat oven at 350F</li>
<li>Mix the wet ingredients, then slowly add in the dry ingredients (mixture will be thick).  Once mixture is smooth fold in nuts, dried fruit and chocolate chips.</li>
<li>Line a 9&#215;12&#8243; baking dish with parchment paper and then pour the batter in!</li>
<li>Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.</li>
<li>Remove from oven and the dish and place on a cooling rack (keep parchment paper attached until cool).</li>
<li>Once cooled, cut into 12 bars or make mini squares and wrap individually (either reusable container, foil or snack baggies).</li>
<li>Keep refrigerated and/or freeze &#8216;em!</li>

<li>4 Eggs</li>
<li>1/4 Cup coconut oil</li>
<li>2 Bananas</li>
<li>4 Dates (pitted)</li>
<li>1 Full dropper liquid vanilla Stevia</li>

<li>1/4 Himalayan crystal salt</li>
<li>1/4 Tsp Vanilla</li>
<li>1/2 Tsp baking soda</li>

<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline">Directions:</span></h2>
<ol>
<li>Pre-heat oven at 350F</li>
<li>Place cracked eggs, bananas, dates, vanilla and stevia in your high powered blender or mixer until well combined.</li>
<li>Add barley flour, salt and baking soda to the mixture and blend until smooth.</li>
<li>Stir in walnuts once mixture is ready.</li>
<li>Scoop 1 1/2 TBSPs of the mixture into a lined muffin pan.</li>
<li>Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.</li>
<li>Remove from muffin tray to cool, serve alone or add a little ghee if you’re in the mood for some extra yummy.</li>
