Green Smoothie With Pear

Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla Rivalus protien, 1 TBSP flax seed, 1 TBSP Lecithin Granules (Nervous System Support) , 1 TBSP vitamineral greens, 1 huge handful spinach, 1 handful fresh mint leaves, 1/4 pear, 3-6 ice cubes. Directions: Toss everything in your high-powered blender for 30 seconds, add ice and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.

Very Green (sweet) Smoothie

Ingredients: I cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 Scoop Vanilla Rivalus Protein, 1/2 TBSP flax seed, 1 heaping TBSP Vitamineral Greens, 5 handful fresh Kale, 1/2 banana, handful mint leaves, 1 pitted medjool date

Directions: Toss everything in your high-powered blender for 30 seconds, add ice and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.

Approximately 300 Calories

Mango Mint Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop Rivalus vanilla, handful spinach, handful fresh mint, handful fresh kale,¾ cup frozen mango.

Directions: Toss everything in your high-powered blender for 30 seconds, add ice and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.
