This is delicious! If you aren’t really into beets, this smoothie is a great intro. It’s a bit sweet and still super healthy!
Directions:
1 medium sized beet (either boiled & skinned) in the blender or if you have a juicer you can juice the entire beet
1 small carton of raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries.
½ cup of coconut water
(if you are using fresh berries, toss a few ice cubes into the mix so its refreshingly cold)
Blend. Sip. Drink to your health. Enjoy.
