Skinny girls eat breakfast!

Breakfast is exactly what it says it is: after sleeping for eight hours, breakfast is breaking a fast (from your night’s rest), it’s the most important meal of the day for many reasons, nourishing your body with a wholesome meal will jump-starts your day by giving your brain and muscles the energy they need to function and perform.  Eating breakfast also revs up your metabolism and helps you stay slim!  When this important meal is skipped entirely or prolonged longer than an hour, the body goes into starvation mode; the first thing consumed will then be stored as fat.

Water Weight 101

One cup of water is equivalent to approximately 1/2 pound. 
Water retention occurs from:
Dehydration from too much booze, caffeine, carbonated sodas, sugar, salt and not consuming enough water.
Inactivity.  Blood flow and circulation occur from movement and elevated heart rate.  Blood flow and circulation aid the body to flush toxins and old stagnant stuff out (especially by sweating) ahem try exercising.
Hormonal imbalances. The menstrual cycle sticks on the bloat.  Be kind to your body during this time of cleansing. Rest and feed it nutritious wholesome foods.
