Spicy Ahi Tuna Salad

Ingredients:



  • 3-4 Ounces Ahi sushi grade tuna sliced/cubed

  • 1/2 Pint store bought seaweed salad OR purchase seaweed (Sea Veggies is a good brand) and toss with 1/2 TBSP sesame seeds and 1-2 TBSP rice vinegar

  • 1/4 Avocado (chopped)

  • 1/2 Lemon (squeezed)

  • Optional: 1 TBSP (or desired amount) Jalapeño chopped

  • 1/4 TSP Himalayan crystal salt


Directions:


This salad is super easy especially if you are in a rush, just mix all the ingredients together, squeeze lemon, dash with salt and enjoy!
