Cut up Legs

The workout is a power front-loaded high intensity leg burner-- Strength combined with plyometric and high repetitions is perfect for leaning out!  The workout has only 6 exercises but each exercise has 6 sets with varying repetitions (keep your weight on the lighter side so you can make it through the workout).


The Fun: Perform exercises in each group back to back, take a 45 second rest and repeat both 6 times…


Walking lunges and plyometric alternating lunges:

- Walking lunges 40 (20 each side) reps

- Jump alternating lunges 20 reps


Wide legged barbell squats and plyometric sumo squats:

- BB squats 20 reps

- Jump squats 20 reps


 Leg extension (machine) and box jumps:

- Leg extension machine 20 reps

- Box jumps 20 reps
