Call your Mother... Nature

She’s always waiting for you to dial in…

Earthly functions happen effortlessly in sync with one another, plants know when bloom, birds know when to nest, rain knows when to fall, the sun shines and the moon glows day in and day out.  Nature is dynamic always moving and forever changing, the ebb and flow of changing conditions are without force; even when catastrophe strikes.

Connecting with nature is like marinating yourself in a baste of goodness… I’m always reminded of this after a good hike or day at the beach.

According to the Tibetan spiritual traditions, the best medicine is the one found from within.

The true nature of a solution works when it come from this space; rather than band aiding with seeking from others too often.  The source of all healing as well as many other positive qualities such as creativity, love, joy, compassion all come from trusting ownership of self thought and proclamations.

It’s common to fill up with clutter that distracts us from “doing” and/or dwelling excessively on “what happened”.  Nature is calming and it can help the mind to relax and clear from meaningless chatter;  allowing you to shift focus inwards away from outside problems and tap into the clues and signs that surround you.  When you become aware of your true wants and needs and you’ll find that solutions seem obvious.

There’s a limitless space of infinite potential that arises, rests, and dissolves for you in the Universe.  Connecting to Nature will guide you to accessing this miraculous space and become familiar with your inner refuge.  When you are one with the earth you’ll find your place harmoniously.  Live freely with vibrancy and generosity allowing your ebb and flow to sync naturally with world you live in.

What a great article. You are truly “connected”. Most people will never experience this type of awakening (at least in this lifetime). Thanks for the inspiration.

I read the words & they hit my heart. “Live freely with vibrancy and generosity allowing your ebb and flow to sync naturally with world you live in.” Thank you so much. <3
