Put the Lime in the Coco-Nut

This tastes like heaven. Put the Lime in the Coco-Nut… and Enjoy it all up!


Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 piece raw young baby coconut meat, 1/2 Avocado, 1 TSP Activated Barley powder, 1 TSP Maca powder, 1 TSP Lucuma powder, 1 TSP Chia seeds 1/2 lime squeezed 4 ice cubes


Directions: Toss all ingredients into your high powered blender for 45 seconds-1 minute or until desired consistency.


To your health, eat with a spoon or sip slowly; enjoy your nourishment.
