Avocados are a soft fatty fruit that provide excellent caloric nutrition without the heavy feeling from eating cooked foods. This single seeded berry although high in fat (mono saturated), it is exceptionally good for you!
Purchase your avocados just before they are ripe for a fresh ingredient on top of salads and serve with protein like fish or chicken. For smoothies, shakes and puddings, purchase avocados ripe then prepare them for ready use by cutting in half, then quarters and then peeling.
Once cut and peeled, store in airtight freezer container for ready use or freeze em if they are going off and use in smoothies.
Fat burning due to the high content of vitamin E (needed to keep you successfully burning fat all day long) B vitamins, folate (naturally occurring in the body, also found in leafy vegetables), glutathione (an antioxidant that prevents damage to important cellular components) and potassium.
