It’s like hitting a reset button on both your body and mind, my private online Yoga sessions are customized based on what your body’s needs are today. Online yoga is great for beginners, pregnancy, people with injuries, athletes, travel or when/if you can’t make it to the gym, those who just prefer private one-on-one training.
We’ll go through all the basics and build on your skills; everything from breath (pranayama), poses (asanas) and their alignments, inversions, arm balances, sequencing and flows. Your Yoga needs may change daily so regardless if you’re looking to learn the art, a tune up, a challenging workout, restoration or relaxation, my practice and flows are well rounded Hatha: Vinyasa Flow, power restorative, and/or guided meditation.
