What is this stuff?


Maca gelatinized concentrate is a radish like root vegetable that is indigenous to the Andes mountains in Bolivia and Peru. It’s a herb like food extraordinarily rich in nutrients, fatty acids, phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals that help us adapt to the stresses in our world, physically, mentally, and emotionally.


How to Consume: 


Mix 1/4 TSP to 1/2 TSP daily into protein shakes or other daily recipes.  Due to the amount of energy you’ll receive, it is highly recommended to consume in morning or well before retiring to bed.
