This Chick's "Easy" Salad

Ingredients: 2 cups spinach, 1 cup arugula, 1 4 oz piece of skinless boneless chicken (baked), 1 small beet (sliced), 1/4 avocado, 1 TSP sunflower seeds, 1 TSP pumpkin seeds, 1 TSP nutritional yeast flakes, 1 TSP chia seeds, 1 TSP hemp seeds.


Dressing: 1 TBSP apple cider vinnagar, 1/2 lemon squeezed, 1/2 TBSP liquid aminos (braggs), himalayan crystal salt to taste, cayenne pepper or pepper flakes for spice.
