Ingredients: 1-cup mesculan mix, 1/4 cucumber, ½ tomato, 2 stalks celery, 1 carrot, ½ red pepper, 1/4 avocado, 1 can tuna, 1 tsp. nutritional yeast, 1 tsp. sunflower seeds.
Dressing: 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar, 1TSP bragg’s liquid aminos, squeeze 1/4-1/2 lemon, sea salt & pepper to taste, sprinkle chile flakes on top.
Directions: Chop the salad and all the veggies, top with the nuts, yeast, dressing, and enjoy!
