		<description><![CDATA[Great post- I love your suggestions! I feel like we, as women, often become far too concerned about what other people think of us in the gym. We aren&#039;t there to put on a show! We&#039;re there to sweat and tone our muscles. 

You could go further to emphasize the point that it&#039;s crucial to not compare yourself to others when working out. Sometimes it&#039;s intimidating when you see another girl benching or doing squats with the boys in the weight room- however, it&#039;s important to focus on yourself and not what others are doing.
