Super Rich Greens Salad

Salad:
3-4 kale leaves, stemmed
1 bag mixed sea vegetables 
1 large handful of arugula (chopped)
1/2 granny smith apple
1/4 Avocado
some cucumber
1 TBSP slivered almonds
1 TBSP dried berries mix (see photo) 
1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
2 TBSP cooked quinoa
* You can mix in whatever ingredients you like and take out what you don’t like
 
Dressing: 
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP braggs
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar 
*you could also mince garlic or ginger in this dressing if you like
 
Sprinkle on top 1 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
