Red Beet and Raspberry smoothie:
If you aren’t really into beets, this smoothie is a great intro. It’s a bit sweet and still super healthy!
Ingredients: 1 medium sized beet, 1 small carton of raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries, ½ cup of unpasteurized raw coconut water
* You can purchase pre-cooked packaged beets or boil beets to use if you don’t have a high-powered blender, if you do have one scrub the beet and toss the entire beet in the blender
**if you are using fresh berries, toss a few ice cubes into the mix so its refreshingly cold)
Directions: Blend all ingredients and drink to your health. Enjoy!
