Garden Salad on Steroids

Ingredients:
1-cup mesculan mix 
1/5 cucumber
½ tomato
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
½ red pepper
1/8 avocado
1 can tuna
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. nutritional yeast
1 tsp. sunflower seeds
1 tbsp. balsamic (oil & vinegar) 
 
Directions: 
Chop the salad and all the veggies, top with the nuts, yeast, cheese and dressing, and enjoy!
