The Silky Sweet n Spicy Pumpkin

A seasonal personal favorite, but I drink it year round because Pumpkin is just so darn yummy!


Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond mike, 1 can organic pumpkin filling, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, cinnamon & nutmeg to taste, 3-6 ice cubes


Optional: to sweeten add Liquid vanilla Stevia and/or 1-2 medjool dates


Directions: Toss everything in your  high powered blender for 30 seconds, add ice and blend until smooth or your desired consistency.
