In the Pot:
2 cubes veggie low sodium bouillon
1 tbsp Miso
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp paprika
1 bay leaf
sea salt and pepper to taste
3 cups water
In the vitamix or food processor:
½ onion
1 head garlic (peeled)
2 zucchinis
1 bunch kale
¾ cabbage
3 stalks celery½ tomato
Stir every thing into medium-large sized pot and simmer for 10 minutes and serve. Pour the remainder into glass air tight container to store for later.
