Eat breakfast the most important meal of your day and week! This meal sets a precedent for all the other meals you will be having all day – make it healthy and filling.
Have a cup of something warm or hot. Try some hot water with lemon, herbal tea or Matcha. Do your best to stay away from the moca froca half latte/cappuccino, double whip, pump sugar added.
Write down your plan for the day or week, you’ll feel better knowing where you have to be and when. Make sure to incorporate when you plan to fit all your workouts in (exercise naturally makes you feel great, you’ll look great and it will amp up the week)!
Wear comfortable clothes that makes you feel good about your body, clothes that accentuate your best features and appropriate for where ever you are.
Get some human touch, get your nails done, a massage or find someone to hug or cuddle up with. Pick up the phone instead of texting, emailing or twittering and when in person drop the electronics and enjoy your company in the flesh.
Think of the people you love, send them some positive energy.
The trick to enjoying life is making the best of all everyday. Don’t wish away your days, waiting for better ones ahead. The only thing we can’t buy or replace is time, regardless of all the material things you may have.
