She’s the stunning cover-girl who runs an elite yoga business. We’re getting up-close and personal with Amy Lynn Grover about fitness, fun, and what she looks for in a man.
She’s a Playboy cover-girl spending her days doing downward dog. Yep, instead of making the modeling biz her main priority, Amy Lynn Grover is flaunting her certified Yogi skills, co-running Kuladevi, an elite yoga practice.
“I want to inspire people to live a tranquil, healthy lifestyle. Yoga improves posture, flexibility, and helps you lose weight—it’s a perfect way to improve your body and mind,” said Amy Lynn Grover, a 28-year old woman who wears many hats.
Not only does she teach yoga to a variety of celebs, but Grover is a nutritionist, TV host, and professional model. She’s been featured in a number of magazines including Playboy, American Curves, UMM, Rockstar, and Brava Inside Fitness, but she’s givingus the inside scoop about her Los Angeles-based yoga services.
“Kuladevi means family god/goddess—we want you to be a part of our clan,” she said.
Grover runs her business with her boyfriend, Keith Mitchell. The duo caters to an array of A-listers like reality TV stars, singers, and actors, focusing on the many celebrities trying to get their life back on track.
“We teach a lot of people in recovery. There’s a sense of wholeness that comes from a healthy body, mind, and fulfilled spirit.”
And the glamorous girl has plenty of spirit herself. The Canada-born beauty has an extensive background in dance, and has been an avid yoga fan for over 15 years. She trained with the well-known teachers Ganga White and Tracey Rich on the Hatha yoga style, but adds some personal flare to her yoga flavor.
“We concentrate on the individual’s needs. We even hold intense and relaxing 4-day programs.”
